OLives

While waiting for opps i eat green olives with paprika inside this is one of my favourite snacks.
Wondering what nutrients comes from olives ,
A serving of five olives, green or black, weighing 19 to 22 g, has 2 g fat. A serving of ripe olives has 1 g dietary fiber while green olives has less than 1 g. Those that are on low-fat and low-sodium diet should exclude or avoid this food. Thanks to god im not included to those who have diet. I found out that olive has too much history, I never noticed it before until I read about it here in wikipedia, i really love and like the taste of yummy olive green one or black one. Black one is much delicious for my tastebuds.
If im not mistaken olive oil is the only oil blessed by the priest to become an holy oil for anointing the sick and used to make an ashes for ASH Wednesday.
Not only that you can make also an homemade scrub from olive oil, mixed it with brown sugar and you can apply or scrub into ur body or face before taking shower. Whatever. im enjoying now eating my 1 glass green olives….lecker!!!!
