When i search for some file in my emails i read this message, maybe this is the sign from god and give a reminders to me that HE is everywhere... to take a pause for a moment and think...

OLives

While waiting for opps i eat green olives with paprika inside this is one of my favourite snacks.
Wondering what nutrients comes from olives , A serving of five olives, green or black, weighing 19 to 22 g, has 2 g fat. A serving of ripe olives has 1 g dietary fiber while green olives has less than 1 g. Those that are on low-fat and low-sodium diet should exclude or avoid this food. Thanks to god im not included to those who have diet. Another history i browsed from WIKIPEDIA according to wikipedia -

In the Homeric world, as depicted in the Iliad, olive oil is known only as a luxury of the wealthy--an exotic product, prized chiefly for its value in grooming; warriors would anoint themselves after bathing, and the body of Patroclus is described as being oiled in this way. But no mention of the cultivation of the plant is made. etc ..
I found out that olive has too much history, I never noticed it before until I read about it here in wikipedia, i really love and like the taste of yummy olive green one or black one. Black one is much delicious for my tastebuds.
If im not mistaken olive oil is the only oil blessed by the priest to become an holy oil for anointing the sick and used to make an ashes for ASH Wednesday.
Not only that you can make also an homemade scrub from olive oil, mixed it with brown sugar and you can apply or scrub into ur body or face before taking shower. Whatever. im enjoying now eating my 1 glass green olives….lecker!!!!

FISH be with you

We started to have a 60 liter aquirium, but my hubby did not contented for that he wanted a little bit bigger so after 3 months we replaced our 60 liter aquarium to 116 liter. And buy another blue sand , water plants, air pumps, nets, housing and all the aquarium kit items like the thermometer, heater and filter and instrument for cleaning we need to do expense more in order our fish survive. My gosh our fish is so much spoiled by my husband it’s so expensive hobbies aside from the price of each fish the cheapest fish he bought was 3-up to 7.50 euro each.

We need also the feeds for them and artificial logs inside. Maintaining aquarium is a little bit more work from cleaning and changing water. But there was a rewarded moment when it's feeding time he comes over to me, goes up the side of the tank and starts sucking the flake and freezed the salad leaves off the top surface of the water. Very relaxed and nature feeling every time I watched them swimming. We have different kinds of fish Family from janitor fish they called here WELS, and BARBE family of carf, and many more I don’t know the name.

The good news was when I cleaned the pump because of its sound was not good to my ears a little bit function failure , so I bring it in washbasin I saw the baby fish swimming, first I saw only 1 until I make my eyes bigger then until I got 7 babies. Wowow. Our aquarium now had additional population. I placed the babies in “AUFZUCHTBECKEN” small rectangular transparent plastic which design for smaller fish.

I encountered twice this problem shutting down the computer every 10 to 15 mins alone. Im so irritated about it, some of my friends say to me everytime we chatted i didnt say anything i just leave them without saying byebye. Still, explained to them i encounter problem over my PC. So asking my friend who have a little bit knowledge about repairing computer. He told me to reprogram or make defragmentation, cause of unavoided virus. We go to Computer shop here and consult the problem they say we need to bring the cpu to them and they check it, its a little bit expensive when we asked how much we may pay after. So i do some technique " to the rescue" i open the cpu and cleaned the 2 fans inside , mark all the cord , and do it finely, removed all the hard dust covered into it. It works!!!! electronic gadgets is mostly man's work, but in time like these we need to learn and do thier work.

Feuerwehr PIZZA

Addicted to blogs thats the reason why i have my funny story. I just focused to my site and looking some PPP while im in computer i put pizza in oven. Asked my hubby to check it if it is done, he said all is okey and he off the stove as well. After a minute i check it out , its lonely color pizza. Still my hubby ate it and said he wait if his tummy complaint about my new product "burning pizza."
