I'm a person who don't eat usually a breakfast, just a cup of coffee and that's all. But i noticed that during lunchtime i ate more than enough for me. So as to avoid it i tried now to eat at least a bread or a cereals with milk. As they say that our body need breakfast to break the longer hour from sleep we need to deposit an energy before we go to work.

Its very true FAye, especially when you skip breakfast. I noticed that too every time I skip my breakfast and eat brunch.. I tend to binge and keep craving for more which is not good.
Grabe naman...di ko yata kaya yan.
I love breakfasts, i just have to cut down on my dinners, and i have to cut down on the amount of food i eat, my belly is bulging...

Breakfast is the most important meal..I always eat breakfast before I go to work..
i have poor eating habits but i try not to skip breakfast.i cannot function well and start my day right without ingesting some food in my stomach in the morning. :)

Im a breakfast eater, pag di ako nag almusal, masama ang pakiramadam ko the whole day hehehe..
If I'm at home di ako kakain ng breakfast. I combine it breakfast and lunch. pero pag working days I eat bfast talaga, para hindi mag ingay tiyan ko.
It is a true saying that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I personally like to eat something healhty that gives me energy, such as porridge nothing beats it.
